Moore, OK – Last week, both B.A.S.S. and FLW released their schedules for the 2018 Bassmaster Elite Series and 2018 FLW Tour, respectively.   

The Elite Series schedule was released on Monday, July 10th, while the FLW Tour schedule was released during ICAST on Thursday, July 13th.  

Below are the 2018 schedules:  

1. February 8-11 – Lake Martin (Alexander City, AL)
2. April 6-9 – Sabine River (Orange, TX)
3. April 26-29 – Grand Lake (Grove, OK)
4. May 4-7 – Kentucky Lake (Paris, TN)
5. May 17-20 – Toyota Texas Fest (TBA)
6. June 21-24 – Mississippi River (La Crosse, WI)
7. June 29-July 2 – Lake Oaho (Pierre, SD)
8. July 26-29 – Upper Chesapeake Bay (Havre de Grace, MD)
9. August 23-26 – St. Lawrence River (Waddington, NY)
10. September 20-23 – AOY Championship (TBA)
11. September 25-28 – Classic  Bracket (TBA)

1. January 25-28 - Lake Okeechobee (Clewiston, Fla.)
2.  February 22-25 - Harris Chain of Lakes (Leesburg, Fla.)     
3.  March 8-11 - Lake Lanier (Gainesville, Ga.)  
4.  April 12-15 - Lake Cumberland (Burnside, Ky.)      
5.  April 26-29 - Lewis Smith Lake (Jasper, Ala.)          
6.  May 17-20 - Kentucky Lake (Gilbertsville, Ky.)
7.  June 28-July 1 - Lake St. Clair (Detroit, Mich.)       

- There are three overlapping dates between the Elite Series and FLW Tour in 2018 (2015 was the last time that there was not an overlapping tournament between the two tours).    The Elite Series third stop of the season (April 26-29) on Grand Lake will take place at the same time as the fifth FLW Tour stop of the season on Lewis Smith Lake.  B.A.S.S.’ Toyota Texas Fest (location to be announced) will also take place on the same dates as the FLW Tour stop on Kentucky Lake (May 17-20).  The FLW Tour’s final stop of the season on Lake St. Clair is also at the same time as the Elite Series stop on Lake Oaho in South Dakota.  

- There is one lake that is on the schedule for both tours.  The Elite Series will visit Kentucky Lake our of Paris, Tennessee on May 4-7, while the FLW Tour will fish Kentucky Lake out of Gilbertsville, Kentucky two weeks later on May 17-20.  

- The Elite Series schedule features one lake that is on the 2017 Elite Series schedule.  For the fourth time in six years and second consecutive year, the Elites will fish the St. Lawrence River in Waddington, New York in 2018.  

- The FLW Tour features two fisheries that are on the 2017 schedule including The Harris Chain in Florida and Lake Cumberland in Kentucky.  

- Beaver Lake is absent from the 2018 FLW Tour schedule for the first time since 2010.  

- The location for Toyota Texas Fest, AOY Championship, and Championship Bracket have not been announced yet, but currently the 2018 Elite Series schedule covers eight different states.  The 2018 FLW Tour schedule covers five states with two tournaments in Florida and two tournaments in Kentucky (based on where the host city is for the Kentucky Lake stop).   

- The 2018 Elite Series includes two tidal fisheries and three rivers, while all seven stops on the 2018 FLW Tour schedule has the word “lake” in the title.    

- The 2018 Elite Series only has one back-to-back swing during the season, with the stops on the Mississippi River in La Crosse, Wisconsin and Lake Oaho in South Dakota falling on consecutive weeks.  

- All seven stops on the 2018 FLW Tour schedule are fisheries where the Tour has visited at least once.  

- Two stops on the 2018 Elite Series schedule are on fisheries where the Elite Series has never been before (Lake Martin and Lake Oaho).
