Tulsa, OK. –  Eleven Quantum prostaffers, eight men and three women, are competing in the top BASS championships this month near Greenville, S.C. For a one week period beginning today, their daily activities can be found on QuantumFishing.com.

Competing in the Bassmaster Classic on Lake Hartwell, Feb. 22-24, are Tommy Biffle, Greg Hackney, Gary Klein, Chris Lane, Mike McClelland, Gerald Swindle, Mike Wurm and Kevin Van Dam.

Going to the Women’s Bassmaster Tour (WBT) Championship on Lake Keowee, Feb. 21-23, are Penny Berryman, Sheri Glasgow and Judy Wong.

Winning either of these “Super Bowl” of bass fishing events can be a career-making, life-changing experience for an angler. But there’s more to it than just the fishing. Follow the daily preparations, thoughts and practices of Quantum’s 11 championship contenders through this week on “Championship Diaries” at www.quantumfishing.com.

The men are in a pre-Classic practice period right now. The women will be departing for South Carolina by week’s end. Getting to the championship isn’t easy. Winning it is even harder. Put yourself in the shoes of some of Quantum’s best anglers by following their daily entries in “Championship Diaries,” from now through Feb. 17.
