Anaheim, Calif. – BASS ZONE .com Senior Writer Dan O’Sullivan made the trip to Anglers Marine in Anaheim, Calif. to check out the happenings at the 21st Annual Bass-a-Thon. Bass-a-Thon is one of the most anticipated events of the winter, as Rick Grover, the owner of Anglers Marine brings in some of the biggest names in the sport for the event.
Anglers Marine is one of the top bass boat dealers in the country each year; they sell Champion, Ranger, Stratos, Nitro and Tracker Marine products. They also have a tackle section in their store filled with only the best bass tackle from both major companies and the smallest cottage
companies.
Rick is an active tournament angler himself, and along with his son Kyle has earned a reputation for being a threat to win at anytime.
Grover took a few minutes from his hectic schedule over the weekend to talk about the history of Bass-a-Thon, fishing with his son, the state of the boating industry, and where he sees it going.
